Who we are
predeploy.ai is run by Fractional Quest Ltd (Company No. 17322105), 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. It is the controller of the personal data described here.
What this site collects
This site has no account, no sign-in and no form. We do not ask you to type any personal details into it. The only thing we collect about your visit is the analytics described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits for our own statistics: which pages are viewed, how long people stay and how they arrived. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is useful. Under PECR regulation 6, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, analytics used only for statistical purposes with a clear notice and a simple way to opt out does not need prior consent.
- Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_followed by our measurement ID) and receives your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you view. Google acts as our processor and may process data outside the UK. - We run no advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are switched off in the tag, and Google signals and Google data sharing are switched off in our property.
- Google keeps event-level data for the retention period set in our property, which cannot exceed 14 months.
Opt out. Choose “Opt out” in the analytics notice, or use “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time. Opting out stops the tag sending anything to Google from your browser. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under the name pd_analytics_v1 (not a cookie). Clearing site data resets it and the notice appears again.
Other things stored or requested
- Theme. Your Day or Night choice is kept in local storage under
quest-theme. It never leaves your browser. - Logos. Some pages show company logos loaded from Google’s favicon service (
www.google.com/s2/favicons). Your browser requests them directly, so Google receives your IP address and browser details with the request. - Hosting. The site is served by Vercel, which processes standard server logs (IP address, request and time) to deliver and secure the site.
- Booking. “Book a call” takes you to the calendar on fractional.quest, which Fractional Quest Ltd also runs. What you enter there is covered by its privacy notice.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept as set out above. Local-storage choices stay in your browser until you clear them. We do not hold any other personal data from this site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to privacy@fractional.quest or to the postal address above. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
